Refund policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 60 days of the invoice date. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in resalable condition, and include original packaging and invoice.
  • Parts valued under $15 are not returnable, unless the item is defective.

To start a return, email us at support@homepartsplus.com. We’ll review your request and provide next steps. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Address

Returns must be shipped to our fulfillment partner’s designated location. We’ll provide the full return address with your RMA instructions.

Restocking Fees

  • 15% restocking fee applies to eligible new/unused returns.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong part:

  • Contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
  • We will provide a return shipping label and support you through the return process.
  • Include the model and serial number of the appliance the part was intended for. If you need help finding this information, we’re happy to assist.

How Refunds Work

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm whether it was approved.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow your bank or credit card provider additional time to process the refund.
  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, contact us.

Need a Replacement?

If you need a replacement quickly, we recommend placing a new order. Your return will be processed independently.
