Shipping policy

Shipping Rates and Delivery
We ship exclusively to the continental United States. All orders over $30 qualify for free shipping while orders under $30 are charged a flat rate of $12.50. Once your order is on its way, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Handling Time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delays may occur during peak periods.

Shipping Limitations
We currently ship only within the continental United States. Orders placed outside this area will be canceled and refunded.

Non-Deliverable Addresses
We do not ship to PO Boxes, freight forwarding companies, or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@homepartsplus.com so we can investigate and make it right.
