The Whirlpool Weighted ABS Knob is a control knob that fits onto an appliance control shaft so you can turn a setting by hand. The weighted design helps the knob rotate smoothly and stop at the selected position. It transfers your input to the internal switch or valve by gripping the shaft and aligning with the control markings.
Common failures happen when the knob is forced, pulled off at an angle, or exposed to heat and cleaners that weaken the plastic. The inner hub can crack or round out, the pointer can wear down, or the knob can loosen and slip on the shaft. In some cases the knob is lost after falling off, or it no longer sits flat and rubs against the panel.

- A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible returns.
