The Whirlpool Evaporator Cover Service Kit is a replacement cover and related service pieces that fit over the evaporator area in a refrigerator or freezer compartment. It helps direct airflow through the evaporator, supports even cooling, and separates the evaporator components from the storage space so air can circulate the way the system is designed to.

This cover can need replacement after cracking, warping, or breaking from impact, long-term vibration, or heat and cold cycling. It may also be replaced if mounting points strip out, if the cover no longer seals or aligns correctly, or if a prior service leaves the cover damaged or incomplete.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible returns.
