GE Range Door Hinge (WB10T10007)

The GE Range Door Hinge connects the oven door to the range body and allows the door to open and close smoothly. It uses a spring-loaded mechanism to control door movement and keep the door properly aligned and sealed against the oven cavity during cooking.

GE range door hinges can wear out over time from repeated opening and closing, exposure to high heat, or grease buildup that causes the hinge mechanism to bind or corrode. A damaged or broken hinge can cause the door to sag, sit unevenly, or fail to close tightly, which reduces cooking efficiency and can create a safety concern.

These symptoms can help you decide if a door hinge issue matches your problem:

- Oven door feels loose, wobbly, or difficult to open and close

- Door sags or hangs at an angle when open or closed

- Door does not close flush against the range, leaving a visible gap

- Heat escaping from around the oven door during baking or broiling

- Door drops suddenly or falls open on its own

- Visible damage, bending, or breakage on the hinge arm or bracket
