The GE Oven Rack slides into the oven cavity and provides a sturdy, heat-resistant shelf for holding bakeware, roasting pans, and other cookware during cooking. It fits into the side rails of the oven interior and can be repositioned at different heights to accommodate various dish sizes and cooking methods.
The GE Oven Rack can wear down over time from repeated use, heavy loads, and exposure to high heat and spills. The wire frame or coating may become warped, bent, corroded, or damaged from contact with caustic oven cleaners, making the rack difficult to slide smoothly or unsafe to use.
If you notice any of these issues, it may be time to replace your oven rack:
- Rack does not slide in or out of the oven smoothly
- Rack is visibly bent, warped, or no longer sits level
- Wire coating is chipped, flaking, or heavily corroded
- Rack wobbles or tips when weight is placed on it
- Rack was damaged by a dropped pan or heavy impact
- Discoloration or rust that cannot be cleaned off

- Returns are accepted within 60 days if the part is unused, in original packaging, and over $15 in value.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible returns.
- Shipping is non-refundable.
- Items returned without approval won’t be accepted.
