GE Washer Triangular Belt (WH07X27361)

The GE Washer Triangular Belt connects the motor to the transmission or pump assembly and transfers power to drive the wash and spin functions of the machine. This V-shaped belt wraps around the motor pulley and driven pulley, using friction and tension to keep the drum moving through each cycle.

A GE washer triangular belt can wear out over time from normal friction, heat buildup, or misaligned pulleys that cause uneven stress across the belt surface. Overloading the washer, running it with a worn pulley, or simply age can cause the belt to crack, stretch, or slip, reducing its ability to transfer power effectively.

If your washer is showing any of these signs, a worn or broken belt may be the cause:
