GE Drain Hose Extension (WH49X316)

The GE Drain Hose Extension connects to your existing drain hose to give it the extra length needed to reach a standpipe, laundry tub, or floor drain. It creates a secure, watertight connection that allows the washer to pump out water properly at the end of each cycle.

A GE drain hose extension may be needed when the original hose is too short for your laundry room setup, or when the existing extension cracks, splits, or develops leaks from age and repeated use. Kinking, improper routing, or wear from repeated bending can also damage the hose over time and prevent proper drainage.

These symptoms may indicate you need a new drain hose extension for your washer:

- Water pooling on the floor near the back of the washer
